The idea of opening a GinTonicheria is a "madness" made in Cantiere born just before the lockdown blocked an entire world and all its dreams. Inspired in style by the rooftop bars of New York’s top floors, this space conceived on the terrace has seen light and people for the first time, with a beautiful inagurazione, only in July 2020, on the occasion of the official reopening of the premises to the public.
Behind the idea, a clear philosophy: to venture to the discovery of one of the most intriguing distillates in the world, trendy and constantly evolving, but also to offer a unique mixing experience in the city.
Today GinTonicheria is a reality frequented by the most demanding gin lovers, by groups of friends and gin-minded families, in an atmosphere of particular and tonic smells of different intensity and flavor. A place that has hosted and allowed gin-tasting experiences with many gins from around the world (Gin Mare, Caorunn, Elephant Gin, Citadelle and many others). And who knows how many more.
