With over 20 years of experience, it is a presence that the Cantiere could never give up: it is the one that more than anyone else can be operational from the first light of dawn.
This is because he loves to take care of the selection of raw materials that he offers in the cutting boards and in the menu specialties, which have always been very appreciated.
So "famous" that also "McGargles", one of the most important breweries in Ireland with which Cantiere collaborates, has decided to dedicate to him a beer, the "Zio’s Lager", a blonde lager produced exclusively for the Cantiere.
