There is no continent that has not been explored to bring to the Cantiere, always in rotation, craft beers produced by breweries and micro-breweries that are rewriting the brewing rules of the production of liquid gold par excellence in the world.
Every month, with a maniacal search for new products, the Cantiere Hambirreria wants to bring on the counter novelties, exalt the work of those who work with passion to create unique beers and expand and tickle the culture of those who approach this world of a thousand foams and flavors.

For numbers and volumes of consumption, today the Cantiere is a reality in the attention of many national, European and international realities. It is no coincidence that breweries like Lagunitas (from California) have given away exclusive breweries from America in Puglia. Or as did the Lupulus brewery (from Belgium), which produced "just for Cantiere" draught and bottled beers with particular flavors. Or Beavertown, which for the first time in Puglia and Italy launched its products with guided tastings.
A selection that continues. And it will continue to amaze.

THE LONG JOURNEY
FROM CALIFORNIA TO LECCE

The irreverence of the brand, combined with a line of experimentation always at the forefront and a register of communication and marketing always surprising, have brought the Shipyard to the world of Lagunitas and opened a bridge to Lecce for the cult of the American IPA par excellence. For the first time in Puglia, the shipyard has been able to boast a unique agreement with Lagunitas and strengthen a long harmony dotted with exclusive annual events and preview tastings, both in summer and winter.
To date, the Cantiere is the first restaurant in Puglia to boast an entire IPA area dedicated to fans of draft beer. A place to sit with friends, abandon your thoughts and enjoy a burger and drink cold beer, spilled at the moment, in complete autonomy, where a liter counter marks how much beer you have drunk. BETWEEN BELGIAN BREWERY "LUPULUS"
AND THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

It was not obvious that such an established brewery would produce a beer on demand for a brand so far away geographically. More or less this is how the idea of giving life to the "Lupulus Oxidus", the first beer bottled for a brand in the laboratories of the Belgian brewery among the most appreciated in the world, was born. A special strong crush of 8.5 kg. that has left its mark thanks to a strong and particular flavor, suitable for any occasion.

Then from the bottle to the draft, the step was short. The original idea was to produce a red craft beer line at the Cantiere that reflected the values of the Yard. So it was born the "Crash" - from the English bump, crash - the last brewing production that the laboratories of Lupulus have prepared to make lovers of red beers fall in love with a special crush of 6.5 degrees, under the sign of the wolf that distinguishes the Belgian brewery.

A collaboration that continues to strengthen and opens up new scenarios in the Cantiere.
Indeed, new jobs. Such as the construction of a new area with staplers where seasonally you will experience exclusive brewing products. Groups and groups of people can book and enjoy an alternative evening to tap liters of craft beer in the company, starting from the Oxidus and Crash. Do you feel the beer always cool?
