Industrial style, typical of disused yards or environments. Ferrous, mechanical and road elements. Every detail is designed to revive the old industrial style of America of the 50s and recreate an evocative atmosphere, never banal and welcoming, with lights never too strong.
AREA LAGUNITAS IPA
At the Shipyard the first IPA LAGUNITAS AREA dedicated to lovers of Californian beer. When partnerships are nothing more than shared visions: for the last four years they have been side by side in innovation.
WELCOME TO... AREA LUPULUS
When you expand here, you always do it for a good reason. For those who don’t know it yet, this is the new area where beer flows (and time stops) always.
This is the first area where different types of @lupulus_beer always arrive fresh and a liter counter marks the actual consumption.

Cantiere On The Rooftop: a welcoming place suitable for any situation.
A new versatile and multifunctional space to live.
GINTONICHERIA
That first (and only) place in the city was born to spread the culture of gin.
AREA GREEN
Among plants and crops, palm trees such as Los Angeles and an area always green, the Green Area is the most "wild" of the Shipyard. That outdoor place on the rooftop where, during the beautiful days, stop to sip a drink becomes a moment of relaxation and thoughts fly away. A reserved space also available for birthdays or events or a simple aperitif.
