Since the first day, Cantiere has been an exaltation of originality, a warning to take in hand and build our own future, a manifesto and elevation of human work and humble opportunities in every form and direction.
Hambirreria has never been just an idea of hamburgeria, but a place of research, selection, daring and daily choices. That word, which had to follow "Cantiere", had to explain without too many words the passion for burgers and in general for meat with beer culture.
That word, "HamBirreria", had to be like magic, teleporting people into a world of smells and tastes never taken for granted. Making them feel at home.

Since 2017, four walls wider and wider within which to explode the emotions to the sip of a craft beer coming from microbreweries from all over the world; at the first bite of a burger; with ideas and intuitions made to measure just for Cantiere. Choosing - and cooking a good burger - is hard work. And a place called HamBirreria had to. Flawless. It’s all about heights, balances. And of course a "maniacal" selection of the best cuts, based on the traceability of the farms, the transparency of each process and exclusively Italian products. Because if it is true that easy things are good
for everyone challenging your limits must be an uncomfortable universal challenge.
The one that makes sense of every action.
As happened with the first burger stabbed by a knife that made school, with the temporary burgers that became regular appointments every month in the city. And as happened with the service, which with very fast times, today represents a trademark. We are proud that HamBirreria as a food concept and registered brand has inspired so many in recent years.

CONCEPT
WHY HAMBIRRERIA
An innovative concept for the Cantiere.
In dreaming of the Cantiere, we wanted to give space to a vision that went beyond conventions. So we stopped to think of a definition that could best describe the essence of a cozy and familiar place. This is how the Hambirreria concept was born, the first and unique in Puglia, which sees the union of ham (Hamburger) and brewery, the main areas in which the yard intends to excel, offering raw materials and high quality preparations.
